Gazprom to collect bids for 30 bln rbl of 3-year bonds on Feb 7

MOSCOW, Feb 2 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom plans to collect bids for at least 30 billion rubles of 3-year exchange bonds on February 7, a financial source told PRIME on Thursday.

The yield guidance is set as a premium of below 110 basis points to the yield of 3-year OFZ government bonds.

The issue will carry semiannual coupons. The technical placement is preliminarily scheduled for February 10.

Gazprombank is the organizer. Gazprom’s subsidiary Gazprom Capital is the issuer.
